I. Job Description

1. IT Support

• Provide IT support to all staff related to file sharing, printer, networking, computer hardware and software and Google Drive.
• Troubleshoot and improve network infrastructure and connection between HO and branches office.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Internet or network problem.
• Implement IT policy and enforce security.

1. Graphic Designer

• Product and Services design Concept.
• Design layout print ads (for magazines) Marketing materials.
• Go to field site for taking photo and video.
• Design artwork to support bank operation, such as product packaging, advertisement, leaflet, logo, banner, booklets, annual reports, name card as assigned by management in charge Digital space: HTML, web banner ads, website, social media creative materials
  Print media.
• Support marketing activities such as road show, events, and launching so on
• Generate a variety of innovative concept and creative design.
• Coordinate and cooperate with other related departments.
• Handle output files, graphic editing, photos touch-up for printed matters.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by Marketing Manager.

II. Job Reqirement:

• Bachelor’s degree of Computer Science, Network Security or another related field.
• Strong teamwork & interpersonal skills.
• Be able to communicate with all management levels.
• Certificates in graphic design will be a big plus.
• Experience in photography or videography will be a plus but it’s not a must.
• Experience 1-2 years as graphic designer.
• Demonstrable graphic design skills.
• Proficiency, Photoshop, After Effects, InDesign, and Illustrator is a MUST.
• Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Experience of marketing, production, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia/video design.
