Sales Executive
Position : Sales Executive
Time Working: 08:00 am – 05:00 pm
Location of Position: Phnom Penh (Head office)
I. Job Description
- Responsibility for all direct sales.
- Prepare sale proposal and help to coordinate with sale admin to review sales agreement.
- Travel from site to site to keep appointment with prospective customers.
- Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, delivery schedules, promotion techniques, etc.
- Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers.
- Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
- Coordinate company staff to accomplish the work required to close sales.
- Assists in the implementation of company marketing plans as needed.
- Conduct other jobs as assigned by manager.
- Act on non-delivery when necessary.
- Conduct sales performance reviews.
- Prepare daily and weekly sales report to sales manager regarding sales problems, and customer complaints
- Follow up customer’s need, deliver product to customers and confirm them on payment
II. Job Reqirement:
- Welcome both of Male and Female
- At least 1- or 2-year experience of sale and knowledge of facility management or company provider.
- Having sales personality, High commitment, Self-motivation and maintaining a professional attitude towards customers.
- Able to work under pressure and finish tasks on time.
- Able speak English for fairly well.
- Be able to use Word/Excel, and Internet & Email for computing sales record sending daily report.
- Honest person, willing to work hard and flexible, follow up + update all issue status
