Employee recognition is a crucial part of great workplace culture at Prima Facility Management. Every year at Prima we hold the Best Janitorial Recognition event to reward our janitors and their supervisors for working hard, showing their excellent performance, and for their commitment.
On 12 August this year we again celebrated the contributions, years of service and recognized our janitors’ excellence. While we see the good work that our employees do everyday in their respective areas, it is important that we take time to recognize their valuable service and dedication. It’s as events like this that we can come together and appreciate the commitment to Prima’s mission to our clients and our people.
