Because many of the Prima workers are public facing, it’s important to hire people who care about service excellence, are proud of the property, and feel part of its team. Prima and the client both interview the applicants. Besides job skills, the service workers also need excellent social and communication skills because they serve as ambassadors who greet and direct visitors and embody the brand. Employees who clean inside some of the cafes must also be vetted for security.
